We operate from May to September, welcoming you on weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays. Sessions typically run hourly from 12 PM to 3 PM, with additional slots added during peak times. For the latest availability, please check our Book Now page.
Participants must be at least 6 years old. Children under 12 must be directly supervised on the park by an adult with a valid ticket.
Yes, we offer a free off-road car park with ample space for multiple coaches.
While we provide changing facilities, showers are currently unavailable due to our remote location. We're planning upgrades for the future.
Currently, we do not have lockers on-site. However, we have CCTV coverage, and all customers are registered for added security.
Yes, dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads and cleaned up after.

Yes, all sessions must be pre-booked. No walk-ins will be permitted to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Yes, we do! Groups of 10+ people receive a 10% discount, and groups of 20+ enjoy a 20% discount. Additionally, keep an eye out for our family ticket, offering an incredible 30% off.
Please email us from the address you used for booking, specifying your desired new date and session time. Transfer fees may apply.

Absolutely! Each activity is overseen by RLSS fully-qualified lifeguards, and we provide an extensive selection of safety equipment as standard.
All necessary equipment is supplied for your day at Aqua Splash.
Please wear swimwear, gym wear, or any attire you don't mind getting wet in!
Selfie sticks are not permitted, but GoPros are allowed at your own risk, provided they're not mounted on a stick or strapped to the chest.

No outside food or drink is permitted, except for birthday cakes included in party packages. There are cafés on both sites, operated independently, offering a variety of refreshments.

Our activities continue in most weather conditions, including rain. However, we pause operations during high winds, thunder, lightning, or any other conditions deemed unsafe by the Duty Manager. In such cases, we'll reschedule your booking at no extra charge. We monitor live weather updates and will contact booked participants approximately 2 hours before their session if extreme weather is anticipated.

Each child's needs are unique. We offer a 'carer goes free' policy. Please email us for more information to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
We require 1 adult supervisor for every 5 participants, and supervisors must be on the park with the children.
